Sure you can use mast prop with test cyp. Many will recommend pinning mast prop 3X a week. I don't always do what many people do. Earlier this year I was on test cyp and mast prop (mixed in one syringe and pinned 2X a week). Worked just fine for me. Whatever works best for you.
