After getting scammed by the fake syn, having trouble placing another order w the real syn. Anyone else?

I used gmail and I’m sure at some point have used that password before but not currently. Just made the SST account to discuss this issue. Havnt had any issues in the past so Havnt needed one before this.

i appreciate any help in advance. I placed an order and paid over $1k to syn and have been ghosted. Have used him in the past and had great results, that’s why it’s particularly puzzling.
