Been a month since I ordered and sent payment (it was successful and shows they accepted the payment). HOWEVER, haven't had ANY communication with them, never have answered any emails, my "order" disappeared on my online Dash account. So no record of my order, no communication. First time order...
I places an order about a month ago, sent payment (transferwise shows it was accepted) and nothing. Haven't received any confirmation they received it even though they did. My "order" on my account page just disappeared and now it shows I've never even ordered a thing.
Still no response and it appears my order has disappeared from my Dash account after the money was sent. No record of any purchase. Great customer service
Update. Ordered a couple weeks ago, no confirmation of any sort, no communication. Transferwise shows Dash successfully accepted my payment. I log onto my Dash account and now shows I have no submitted orders. What the heck? Can someone please respond to me and tell me what's going on?
