You're not going to be doing .25 mg for long most of the time you're going to be up to 1.5mg and above so easier with less water. Who wants to load up multiple slin pins?
For 5mg peptides, etc. I usually just add 2.5ml of water that way it's easy math since you just double the draw amount to get your mg i.e. .75 is 150. Also, 1 ml slin pins are best with these as you can measure precisely. But do whatever works for you.
