I’m on 1000mg total AAS’s a week and with gh I use a 250mg/week=1iu/day ratio works great.
I’ve done 8iu eod but got way too tired. 4iu before bed is really good. 2iu pre workout and 2iu before bed is what I’m doing right now.
I personally split my daily HGH dosage 3x, in the morning, pre or post workout, and before bed. This is likely to be the "best" way to use HGH for bodybuilding purposes.
Taking it all right before bed will yield almost identical results.
