Really bad communication lately. Sent requests throughout the week last week after submitting payment - no answer. I gave it a few days in between to follow up. I know volume is up, and with that so is the time between emails and sending things. I expect that.
But then I sent an email from another email address (accidentally since I use the same email client for all 3 of my email addresses) and got an immediate reply. So the "reply to the oldest emails first" Syn posted about a few pages back does not seem to be accurate - if it was, why weren't my older emails replied to?
I feel like I was conned out of money. I ordered from Syn before - many times - and never had this issue.
What is going on? Can he please look into this? He is not the one replying to these emails when he does. I've given the guy my address twice - once when I submitted payment, and another once he replied to that email thread a few times. Each time I've given my address, he disappears off the face of the earth saying he'd be pleased to send it, ignoring any email follow ups - at least an estimated day of shipment would set my - and I'm sure other customers' minds at ease. Its as if I sent my money into an empty void and the uncertainty that comes with that as it is is only exaggerated when my requests and pleas for any update at all are all ignored - which seem purposeful since my other email address got a response immediately.
I hope Syn comes online soon and straightens this out.
