Really bad communication lately. Sent requests throughout the week last week after submitting payment - no answer. I gave it a few days in between to follow up. I know volume is up, and with that so is the time between emails and sending things. I expect that.
But then I sent an email from another email address (accidentally since I use the same email client for all 3 of my email addresses) and got an immediate reply. So the "reply to the oldest emails first" Syn posted about a few pages back does not seem to be accurate - if it was, why weren't my older emails replied to?
I feel like I was conned out of money. I ordered from Syn before - many times - and never had this issue.
What is going on? Can he please look into this? He is not the one replying to these emails when he does. I've given the guy my address twice - once when I submitted payment, and another once he replied to that email thread a few times. Each time I've given my address, he disappears off the face of the earth saying he'd be pleased to send it, ignoring any email follow ups - at least an estimated day of shipment would set my - and I'm sure other customers' minds at ease. Its as if I sent my money into an empty void and the uncertainty that comes with that as it is is only exaggerated when my requests and pleas for any update at all are all ignored - which seem purposeful since my other email address got a response immediately.
I hope Syn comes online soon and straightens this out.

I think I’ll wait for him to address all these concerns before placing another order with him. I waited a few days for an email response to see if something was in stock which he hasn’t noted as being out of stock here but in fact is out. I’ll let the orig Syn get back before I send out any money

I know how you guys feel, especially since the process was so smooth and quick, just professional, in the recent past. My order arrived a few days later than previous orders, comms were not as smooth, some confusion, but I did receive my package. I think the staff is new at this and maybe they are just overwhelmed if Syn isn't available to supervise. I am sure things will get straightened out. I place orders every 6 weeks so I hope everything is gtg by March.

I'm pretty jealous. There seems to be complete randomness. I am still waiting for a response despite attempting to follow up. I've used these guys at about 6 times in the past, but after this experience I will never again. I truly feel like I was conned out of money and do not expect my package.

I would be pretty upset too but I went with Syn when I first joined here because I had seen him come on and clear up/fix peoples issues with their orders or with the communication. Hopefully it’s not a complete total loss for you and he logs in soon to clear up your issue.

Have used Syn several times in the past and never had an issue. One order earlier this year, no issues. I don’t place small orders, usually 1k or above.

I typically do small orders and always get great service. Using Proton mail has helped make communication consistent.
I have sent them emails exclusively from protonmail in the past. This order I used my normal email address. I'll give it a shot asking for an update through that email instead. I hope its just a filter thing or something technical. I am really worried about possibly losing money.

Has anyone bought Primo from syn in the past and can vouch that it was good? I've heard that Primo can be scarce, so just want to make sure before putting in an order

I used Tuta in January without any problems. A new email using Tuta was sent recently, no reply, but its only been 1 day.
If I paste his .is address into Tuta it is asking me some extra questions, you try it and you'll see what I mean. If I click on his .is address my unsecure email pops up, sorry, but thats an OPSEC thing I want to avoid .

ETA - Email sent thru Proton to the .is address, no extra questions, hiccups, etc.

They will not take your money.
