Anyone here have any hands on experience with this stuff?

It seems like a cheaper and similarly effective alternative to GHRP, but I don't know how much of that is from all of the ridiculous advertising and confirmation bias from my reading.

It has a pretty powerful negative effect on insulin sensitivity over time. It makes you hungry and sleep great, at least for me that lasted about the first 2 weeks. Over time I couldn't get a good pump and I looked worse and it ended up being insulin resistance. Dropped it and went into a deficit with like 10 mins of cardio pre workout and in a few weeks everything felt back to normal but still, tough side effect to deal with

Ive used it many times and I can say that Im not really sold on if it does much of anything. It can make you crazy hungry, as in like cannot stop eating, but personally that only lasts for maybe a week and then its like its not even there.
Ive used it in the past with the idea that maybe it would decrease healing time for injuries, but its hard to say if it did or didnt. At the end of the day there are just better options, if you want HGH effects take HGH, and if you want fast healing take peptides and or hgh.

Does it really equal to 2iu of gh? No, very doubtful but could see how it might have some very low low gh benefits as in maybe 1/5 of 1 iu. Although I could say I noticed maybe some slight overall skin appearance. It truly does make you hungry. So if you have a weak appetite, then its something that can really help in bulking up as you will get true hunger pains (atleast I do). It does help with sleep and can make you a bit more tired. Is known to cause bloating with some.

honestly Ive been on HGH for 6 months and it hasnt been the greatest. Mainly because joint stiffness and pain, also all day drosy. If it wasnt for that I would stay on HGH. However, when I used mk677 I always felt great, and had better pumps. I monitored my bloodsugar on both Hgh and mk677 and did see more of an increase with mk677, but nothing that couldnt be dealt with by using zone2 Liss and berbine. I think MK677 gets a bad rap because people think it will be HGH. But if diet and cardio is in check I think MK677 is a nice addition for those who cant handle HGH sides.

I was looking for IGF-1 because that gave me great results. Was told that MK pretty much does the same thing. It’s ok for bulking. Not just because of appetite increase but it makes you bloated. I feel like sarms in general are mostly for teenagers who can’t find gear.

MK isn't a sarm, it's just in that market as calling it a secretagogue might be crossing a line.

My IGF-1 numbers tend to go up on it, I don't get many sides as I keep the dose low more for recovery use (10mg 5 on 2 off).

I get why people don't like it, but with anything if you like a product use it as it applies to your goal it's still just a tool in a very expansive shed of implements.

insulin resistance is pretty bad, igf elevation isn't great and the lethargy is crippling. quality generic hgh costs just a tiny bit more. appetite boost was the only noteworthy positive and it's short lived.

If I remember correctly, MK can potentially lead to permanently increased levels of cortisol.

I took 25mg for 3 weeks. At first you've got the appetite, you feel full, strength goes up, sleeps good, you think you found the magic, then week 2 you realize you're bloated AF. Then you check your blood sugar in the morning and it went from 85 to 101 in just 2 weeks. So you drop it down to 12.5mg and reduce your carbs a little. A week goes by and you're paranoid. You drop it completely before you wreck your metabolism and spend the next few weeks starving yourself.

It did bring my igf1 up like 40% from 180-220

Have ran mk677 a couple times only at 12.5mg or less. It has helped me gain weight with insatiable hunger. Lethargic after a few weeks. Have not ran it longer than 3 months at a time.
