Sorry nipple

I'm just over two weeks off test cyp. Everything was fine but now I have a sore left nipple and a bump on the outside of it. I thought it was like an ingrown hair or something but it's painful as shit. Wondering if this is start of gyno? I haven't run any clomid or ai or anything considering I am trying to get low test scores to get prescription of test from doctor. Should I be running anything right now or what should I be doing in the meantime to get safely to the blood draw without developing gyno in the process.

It's is almost like an additional nipple popping out is what it feels like

Interestingly enough, I went to the doctor and they said it's a fucking infection specific to going in a hot tub that almost always only affects the nipple area hair follicles (had I not gone in a hot tub the day before, a totally different antibiotic would be prescribed). Surprisingly common thing they said. Fucking 24 hour fitness....
