In the last couple of weeks Communication has taken a lot longer than what I’m used to from Syn, I would normally get a reply back within a couple hours now I’m waiting a day or two to get a reply.Anyone else having communication issues?
Can't get a response back and having shipping issues says label was created April 6th and nothing has changed. I've emailed but trying to have patience just isn't like them. I've been a happy customer over a year now

Totally agree man!!! Syn has always been reliable to me so I hope this is just a minor set back. Hello, I was messaged from him Tysyn earlier this week. He apologizes on behalf of what is going on and is doing everything to get back in operational order. When I spoke with him he was at a medical center so please be patient as he used me as his Avenue of communication. I guarantee someone having relations with Synergy Forge for 6 years that all matters will be resolved soon. In a medical facility there’s no means of communication/emailing as they do not have a secure device for reaching out as to why I was asked to fulfill this role. Same here.Have used Syn for multiple years with no issues. He is currently not replying to my messages and I sent payment in on Wednesday 4/17/24.
Coming from you. I feel like everyone should have some sense of security. I don't think syn is going to leave you all high and dry. I have had some orders from him take a little longer than normal. But they always came through. Tysyn made me a little sceptical because of the email back and forth about life. But I understand trying to be customer savvy too. Trying to bring about a friendlier feel to shopping. Even though it's gear but no matter the case. Want to have a strong customer relation in any business. I feel like everyone has higher than normal anxiety too because we're playing with our hormones. But I don't think it's anything to worry about.We have word from the source that operations should be returning to normal standards
I have definitely had a full plate, I am pleased with the progress that is being made, all things considered. Tysyn is very eager and astute, loves his job, and loves talking to people.....eh, sometimes a little too much (but without compromising opsec or other customers). He's very friendly and a true joy to talk to. He's incredibly intelligent and, much like myself, loves to learn so you and others might find that he asks you questions that might seem simple or that any source should already know. It doesn't mean he doesn't know the answer, rather, he's looking for perspective and personal experience that he might learn from. Some answer him, some don't and some are flat out rude but I assure you he only has the community interest in mind as he learns the sociology of sourcing. I encourage him to always expand his scope of knowledge since looking at things from a single point of view and accepting it as fact limits wisdom severely.Coming from you. I feel like I can fix any mistake and make the customer whole and happy with communication. If anyone is unhappy with their order or product then reach out and lets put our minds together. Thank you for posting.I was in contact a little with syn last week about a minor complication of an order I recently received (replies were about a day or two apart). He even voluntarily offered to make good on said complication and send a reship of something, which is awesome! that being said I put payment completion of an additional order on hold for now till I see more development or a better idea of exactly what is going on under this thread
There was a bit of delay due to a medical scare, which has culminated and things are back to where they should be. Thank you for your patience and I apologize for the delay, It was unprofessional and I should have posted a note on SST to get in front of the anxiety and concern. That is entirely my fault. I will try to do a better job of that if something similar happens in the future.Same here.
Operations have resumed, I believe we missed only 2 shipping days but they fell on either side of a Saturday which is Tysyn's only day off so it exacerbated the optics of it.
