It doesn't really matter, the primary driver of fat loss is going to be diet/calorie restriction and output/cardio/training.
I'm in a cut right now on Test C and deca. It's all the same. My past two contest preps I've done test/primo/DHB and test/mast/tren. Both ended up working!
I'm eating less and doing my best to maintain strength and muscle mass with heavy lifting. Keeping protein high and counting calories like a motherfucker. Test C and deca hear as well, both in low does. However, I'm old and not an aspiring bodybuilder. Just trying to do the best I can.
Will ramp things up when I eventually begin bulking again. Honestly it's looking like summer bulk. I don't want to wait until after summer.

I feel like the older I get, the less drugs I need to maintain my muscle when cutting. You might feel the same way. A little bit of test/deca is doing great for me as well!
Mike mentzer was famous for running deca only cycles and he looked pretty good!
Steroids are going to do jack shit for fat loss, they will do a ton for muscle retention though. GLP-1 agonists are what you're looking for. I've had really good results from Tirz and now more recently, Reta
