@PCT.ZONE so on inform it says a label was made for my address. That was on the 23th. I placed my order on 18th. How long does it take for you all to ship a domestic order? I should have my order by now if it's truly in stock as your website says.

I understand your dissatisfaction regarding this delay, and I would feel the same way. We experienced delays in shipping all orders up to the 24th, and I apologize for that. Now that they have finally been shipped, we are encountering issues with USPS tracking the parcel(s). Rest assured, we are closely monitoring the situation.

The recommendation, in our opinion, is not necessary. For instance, the HCG tested on the previous page performed well when shipped by us.

If you have issues with USPS once, you have issues with USPS. If you have issues with USPS every damn week, you are the issue.

You guys really need to get your shit together and ship packs out on time and USPS Priority. My pack has also been confirmed, label created, and still not dropped after 3 days.

I would expect the shipment to occur within 2 days of placing the order. I believe we have made improvements to our previously slow dispatch time.

No more items have been submitted for testing at this time. We are currently assessing the impact of investing in testing on our sales performance. If the results are positive, we will proceed to send additional items for testing.

These things take time get running smoothly. It's frustrating sure, to feel like someone is holding your money hostage. But the prices are low, and the once things get ironed out and the warehouse has everything running like clockwork everyone who commented will be back with good reviews to get codes.

The parcels have been dispatched; however, USPS is not providing tracking updates. We are currently working to find a resolution to this issue.

Had a concern with shipment/tracking. Sent an email to PCT and received a response almost immediately. Issue was a misunderstanding on my part. Just wanted to say I’ve experienced nothing but excellent customer service here.

If you want Amazon speed I suggest you stick to shopping on Amazon. Otherwise the constant crying about waiting for your order does nothing to speed up the process. Don't like it? You're free to look elsewhere. All of this whining makes you look like a petulant child hence my original comment
