We just repeat what we have on our side from Coinpayments. If we see a payment as failed, we can't know the exact reason as thats between you and the payment gateway unfortunately. If you contact them however, they're pretty quick to get you a link to your refund.

Unfortunately it does happen with USPS. "departed shipping partner facility" usually means that you should try the tracking through the first courier, which if its from china, will usually be with CN post EMS etc. I'd use 17track to see. But its moving.

Was it a coinpayments payment? Did it accept the payment and all? Typically if its not accepted, coinpayments will send you a refund link back.

Make sure to include the payment or order #. If the order disappeared on the site, its more than likely that the coinpayments did not receive the full amount and kicked back.
You should be seeing a refund through coinpayments if this happened to your payment. Coinpayments will let you know that the payment is short (usually the margin is 1-2%, but if its over that, it will kick back and cancel) and they will email you a link with your refund. If not, contact them...

I've been getting two orders recently with this problem - for some reason, the client end did not put their apt number in, and we have no way of knowing. Or either they emailed us too late about it.

Can take up to a week to update tracking. I wouldn't sweat it if you have been provided a tracking number that hasn't updated in just two days. Sometimes we give you just a tracking number, while its still sitting to be registered at the post.
