A little bit.. With small doses, it didn't effect hardness, but I would say there is less sensitivity. I'm guess that is why there are pills with a combination of a large dose of sildenafil and dapoxetine; at higher doses it's most likely going to effect erection due to the sedative effect...
I've tried it before and it definitely works in terms of having nearly unlimited control over when I would ejaculate. The problem is it makes me feel too relaxed and reduces libido to the point where sex is less desirable. I didn't use it for very long.
