Hey Mike have a watch of this video that addresses the dosing. Their opinion is 0.25 mg isnt effective, rather 1mg 3x a week. They have some other videos which are good.

Is an unopened vial of test c in MCT oil (purchased November), that was originally clear, and has turned a pale yellow, normal and still safe to use ?
Color difference looks more pronounced in person.
Curiously I have an opened vial from the same order that has remained clear.
Do we expect variations in MCT oil color ?
I have two orders of test c - MCT. Months apart. All with the same LOT and Expiration.
One order is yellowish and there other is very clear.
Could be just MCT source level of refinement.
