You should invest in a rice cooker...best 20 dollars I've ever spent. So simple. I buy a bag of jasmine rice from costco and it lasts a year. You can substitute chicken stock or bone broth for the water..I've never made a bad batch of rice. This is the one I use... Aroma 20 Cup Digital...
