    Ran across this article that had some impressive results on this diabetic drugs ability to promote weight loss: https://www.nejm.org/doi/full/10.1056/NEJMoa2206038 I'd love to try some out but as these results are so new, I've no ideas how available this compound might actually be if at all.

    Anything to help with my creaky joints?

    I guess I'm getting older because since I've been back in the gym my elbows and shoulders sound like pop rocks. Really doesn't bother me too much except on heavy days my left shoulder starts to feel it. (Injured it a few years ago and went thru rehab.) I've seen a few people talk about peptides...
