Muscle memory is very real. You will reacquire Muscle tissue faster than the time it took to initially build it. Provided you train properly and eat enough.
I'm not sure if you mean a .22um syringe filter. With those, you draw up the oil with a regular needle, attach filter to syringe then needle on it, and inject into sealed sterilized vial.

Do 500mg, don't bother with 250. Be sure to have an AI and pct meds on hand. 14 to 16 weeks long. Bloods around week 6 to check estrogen and dose AI, if needed.
