So this will be my first blast in a few years. Currently planning on a March start date to get my lab work exactly where I want it without much pharmaceutical help. Kidneys aren’t doing the BEST but the doc recommended just more water for that.

Been lurking a while, getting more active now though. Just trying to grow and get in better shape. I’m an EMT who’s about to start either my Fire or Paramedic. I’m in a tough spot right now because I work a 168/168 shift and my station doesn’t currently have a gym.
Or showers.
Or a kitchen...
I’ve been looking for a while, interested in running it during a cut because I’ve heard it’s safer than clen and great for your cholesterol and I wanted to see what it could for me on my next cut/recomp but haven’t found any good sources yet.
