For some reason, my music exploration stopped around 10 years ago and all I listen to is stuff from 2013 or older. My typical lifting beats are Lamb of God, All That Remains, August Burns Red and the guilty pleasure, Linkin Park.
What’s your go-to gym music?
I’ve been lifting for about 20 years. Started TRT with HCG about four months ago and I’m sitting around 1200 ng/dL and feeling great. I’ve always enjoyed lifting heavy and stick to 4 sets of 2-8 reps. However, I’m finding it difficult to stay healthy due to the additional strain on my joints...
