    Good to know. I use some from a different spot 200mg/day and it causes a bout 30 minutes of burning. Also lumps me up. I love the liver support though.

    I’ve been on 2 iu of the blacks for four months and I’m happy with them but wanna try the orange. Did you notice anymore sides on the same dose of orange than black?

    Doesn’t look like it. I’ve been using 2 iu in the morning with 30 minutes fasted cardio for about three weeks. I can see the difference in my belly fat for sure. I’m gonna try the orange tops next.

    Thanks I was looking at those. I’ve read to use 10 days after reconstituting. So 24 IOU’s puts me at 12 days. Is that a problem?

    Any recommendations on which tops to get for a first time user. I’ll be starting at an anti aging dose thinking 2iu a day. As far as I can tell just pick one and see how it goes.
