Aldi has a big family pack a boneless skinless chicken breast for about two bucks a pound where I live! It's the cheapest meat around, Walmart over three bucks a pound. And the Aldi chicken is delicious! I'm in California right now so for business and meat is expensive here!!!
Feeling the same way. Cardio am and pm plus 1hour+ of heavy weights. Pre-contest training and dieting sucks!!!! Sore, hungry and tired. Can't wait to get back to building muscle!!!! Change things up or take a little break helps with motivation.
