honestly, the first time 10 min after pin i got burning on a scale of 4/10 throughout the leg, but several more uses and have not experienced it again, only the godlike strength lol

brother it’s not just weightlifting/bb community, the newer generations are just soft as baby shit , as a ironworker, we used to be able to weed out the weak, now we have to tolerate them and it makes me worry, the more we “tolerate” the more watered down it’s gonna be .
