The words of a recreational athlete and newbie to this forum probably don't mean much, but I'll share anyway!
I've placed two orders over the past three weeks and my expectations have been far surpassed in all areas.

Just ordered on Thursday, was mailed (and I was given a tracking number) on Friday.
Will update late next week after pinning and sitting, but was thrilled with fast emails, and overall helpfullness.
Paying with crypto was easier than expected too.

It sounds like by using a real name when ordering, and ordering from a source that will tightly package shipments so it's difficult to identify the contents as gear, that end users shouldn't stress too much...
