In your opinion, what is an acceptable level of body fat to begin hgh use?
Being that the water rentetion at higher body fat levels is down right uncomfortable.
What’s your preferred dosing schedule?
I’ve read every day, every other day, 5 on 2 off, and 3 on 4 off are all effective. Just looking for a consensus.
I plan on running 2-3IU long term, minimum 6 months for health, quality of life and fat loss.
