My fasted bg has been 90-100 on 4 ius gh i just started taking dyhdroberbirine at night so hopefully that will help my "7 day average " is 92 fasted bg? Any suggestions?

i took a whole month off in January for tennis elbow and it didn't help much ,but i've been dosing bpc157 at 1.5 mg daily so im hoping it will help in the meantime i have been using more straps for my pull movements with lighter weights of course , i have only been on the bpc157 for about 5 days...

is dihydroberberine the same as regular berbirine. whats the best form of berbirine to take while on hgh my fasted bg is slightly elevated at 90-100 sometimes in the morning TIA

my bg is around 90-100 fasted im on test c and hgh should i incorporate some berberine in my supplements? its funny i can't get anything over 130 bg even after a meal? and my average bg is 112 a day according to the average given to me by multiple tests im confused and looking for advice tia

So far so good i just barely have 1 week under my belt at this new dose and dosing program

i just started my 300 mg test c per week program dosing M-W-F and will get blood work done in April to see my blood marker at that dose my previous e was 28 at 200 mg test c per week

no i use a regular pot not the air fryer i do put veggies with a little olive oil and its goood

i use an air fryer and easily prepare my chicken breast, veggies and a regular pot for rice its very effecient and easy cleanup

i get packs from china every other month as thats the only way i can afford good hgh i've only had 1pack seized but so far i've ordered ten or so packs with no problems
