Test C - 500mg twice a week
Tren A - 200mg twice a week
Trix - 7.5mg a week (help remove fat
HGH - 3UI a day

Waiting on the Tren A and HGH to get delivered

I already started 500mg of Test.
My question is Tren A has lots of negative feedback from people, is there something else I should take instead of Tren?

I have my diet down, No sugars, no breadm, protein shakes, veges, brown rice and chicken/fish Only.

400mg of tren a week is definitely going to give you rough mental and physical sides. Get ready to be angry, aggressive, and anxious for the next few months. Its also common for sleep issues to arise, such as night sweats and difficulty sleeping in general. When I ran 400mg of tren, I literally could not sleep without taking edibles before bed.

Overall, theres nothing like tren.

Do you need tren? You could get good results off of the 500 mg/week test, HGH and Tirz.

Fuck the tren. And 400 mg / week is about 3x more than you should take.
I dont need tren. I have taken it before but that is when I was 28. 100% got great results. Would Masteron be a better option?

I agree with TomJ and BBG. You can get some great results by running testosterone 350-600mg a week for 16-20 weeks. Maybe add in a peptide or two. Get back into gear use, and then consider adding in more compounds.

What is your BF% How old are you and what are your goals?

The HGH is probably fine and a good compliment. Did you mean Tirz? I don't see any harm in using that either if you are trying to stay lean.

I don't subscribe to using 500 mg test as a starter cycle which this pretty much where you are at again. You should be able to get great gains with 300 mg test a week IMO.

40 years young, Body fat is 20%, trying to get to 13-14%. Ive been on TRT the paste year 125mg a week. Yes Tirz for the lean side.(Only been on for 4 weeks right now) My goal are more lean mass. I have had a pretty constant diet for the past 6 months, which was the hardest part for me. No Soda, No Sugars, No breads, Just brown rice, veges, Chicken and Fish and protein shakes.

When on TRT I was only doing basic workouts of 300 pushups a day, situps, and arm curls only, 2 miles a day(30min a day eliptical). So now I've going all in.

I appreciate the comment and recommedations

Hope you have a good plan for your workouts. If not, liftvault.com may be a good resource for you. You need a better routine than what you were/are doing on TRT IMO. Perhaps even you may want to start that different routine before you add more drugs.

The Tirz should help keep you on the same track you have been with diet.

I'm sure others can give you more specific and detailed advice on training and diet/nutrition to better align with your resources and fit your needs.

Yea, I agree, it’s too soon to run a cycle. Get in the gym and make progress on that TRT dose and then hop on a cycle. That would work much better for you in the long run.

Go from calisthenics to tren? Nah. No way.

Some good advice in this thread

I agree with the others on not using tren. It’s not worth the quality of life loss. Sleep goes to shit, the night sweats are god awful, you’re constantly irritable, trying to fight back anger, bloodwork goes to shit fast, horrible for your health, blood pressure goes up, heart rate goes up, cardio goes to shit. I mean it works fantastic results wise but it’s just absolutely not worth it nor is it needed to cut fat, especially at 40.

It’s not a happy/feel good compound. It turns you into a lunatic more often than not, and you don’t really need it for your goals of fat loss.

250-375 test/week

^^ is more than plenty for your goals of fat loss and muscle preservation, and you’ll feel amazing on this. When your body fat gets down to 10-12%, maybe consider adding masteron because it really shines at a lower bf% and gives a nice look, in addition to making you feel great (I run masteron every cycle because I love it that much)

Then.. when you’re ready to put on some mass, after you’ve cut down to 10%, simply up the testosterone dosage to 500mg/week, and start ramping up the calories and if your diet and training is dialed in, you’ll love the results

500 test might be overkill for the cut if the goal is simply preserving muscle, so I agree with the others who mentioned a trt+ to light cycle of 200-375/week of test

I would definitely go with half of that Tren dose for starters, but I am a novice that practices Least Effective Dose, as a measure to err on the side of caution.

keto to get from 20% BF to 14 with Test and Tirz?

Doesn't HGH have a great fat-annhilating effect? I think they pulled the Frag 176-191 peptide out of the HGH molecule just because of its fat burning potential. Maybe replace HGH with the Frag?

yeah carbs will just slow down the process. if you haven't been in the gym either your insulin sensitivity isnt good.
hgh isnt a fat burner, imo its over rated, i think it can keep you lean but its overhyped and has side effects. forget the IGF-1 part of the equation
