Asin yes, but IIRC it was only ~40% more effective with fats. So a 12.5mg dose was as effective as a ~7.5mg dose.

Adex you should be fine not taking with fats.

Just for asin. I’ll either just pop it with my fish oil or I’ll take it with a fatty meal
