Hi guys, i am about to start my first cycle.
Planned cycle.
500mg Test E / week
PCT Clomid and Nolva.
My quistion is. Starting with .5 Arimidex E3D would be enough? Or should i start with 0.5mg EOD or .25 EOD?
When do i start taking it? On the same day as first shot or after a week.
