hmmm… which shipping did you pick when ordering with them if you dont mind me asking?

Isnt their premium shipping choice supposed to be 7-14 days and the lesser of the two 7-21? If you chose the second option that would make sense though then.

They can’t control how long it sits in customs. Mine had been there a week.
