I had a similarly wonderful experience with them just this month. I was trying to purchase two items, and after check out, the order accidentally showed up as canceled on their site. Assuming that it did not go through, I ordered again. I paid for both, but once I did so, I assumed screw it I would just have double what I wanted. One of the reps contact with me to make sure that I didn’t do it by accident. When I told him I did, they offered me a refund or to combine orders and refund my shipping, or to ship the items separately, whatever I wanted. The refund took a little bit of time, but they handled it with integrity and professionalism. They apologized for the delay, the double order, and thanked me for my understanding. I will definitely order from them again. Took exactly the 2 weeks in their listed T/A despite all the back-and-forth to get my order straightened out
