Have a batch from them and was starting to think it was fake. My first round with var 10 mg. Nothing. 20 mg..maybe some calf pump when on the treadmill for an hour. 30 mg. Not much. Tried 40 today and boom.... finally got that pump and drive I have been hearing about. I thought my biceps were going to rip out my sleeves this morning. Still can't scratch my head 6 hours later. I'm guessing it also took a few days to start building up to steady state as well.I was doing 40mgs… 20mg preworkout in the morning and 20mg before bed.

Some might disagree (I like running high mgs), but I think 50mg per day is good half pre workout, half before bed. Just make sure you are running a test base… it will lower your test despite what many say.What’s a good starting dose for a newbie. I’m getting 55 mg. Was going to split one morning and before evening workout for first and last eight weeks of mild cycle.? This post has me wondering if I should go lower..

I’m taking 25mg of var never ran it before!! How does it do for strength? Thanks in advance! I’m using pharma 9 days in I feel stronger for sure!I can easily hurt myself on anavar. Nothing makes me stronger but it comes with a tightness that can lead me to pull a muscle easily. Love the stuff otherwise. Probably the only oral I really like. But yeah, I can get a serious pump just tying my shoes on Var.

Getting some of the pump while working out, but they only last for about 10-20 min for me. I am taking taurine, but low dose (2g). My abs were pumping the other day and I had to stop moving altogether for a few min until they calmed down. Only 3 weeks into 8 weeks with it, so only some increased fat burn and vascularity noticed so far, but will keep you guys updated.
