Did a few cycles in my younger days but was never educated on the subject. Last year I worked out hard for 6 months and didn’t see any bulk added just toned up a little. I’m looking to start again but I plan to be educated on the subject this time so that’s why I’m here. Looking forward to learning from you guys and hopefully making some friends.

Welcome to the madness. There's a few old folk here. Pretty soon, we'll have our own AARP section on the forum.
There SHOULD be an old guy section here. We face different issues, we don't bounce back the same, etc. I know young guys on gear who don't even do bloodwork - at all, which is crazy. For us though it would be absolutely insane to run huge stacks and ignore bloodwork.

I too started working out in my old age, struggled with progress then got on TRT. It's been a real game changer. I'm just wrapping up my first cycle and I'm really looking forward to cruising for a while and planning the next one.

I would love to be a part of the old guy group LOL. I just turned 50. I have been training 5 to 6 days a week and focused on health and physique for really the first time in my life. TRT was part of what got me going. Now TRT +. LOL...Talk about a life changer. Down 90 lbs, training daily, dialed in my diet, and got my head back on straight. For me, my entire trajectory has shifted.
