Any cycles that help recovering from injury?

Tore rotator cuff(Supraspinatus) about 4 months ago. 3 months out from surgery. Is there any recommended cycles(if any?) that help recovery? Or should I hold off for a few more months. Was planning my second Test e cycle for August but if there’s any cycle that helps with recovery I would rather run that

Yea lots of BPC-157 and if HGH is too much try ipa or other peptides that raise GH for cheaper.

Anavar at a therapeutic dose (25mg) alongside TRT dose test is supposed to help as well. I have had family members run that for joint injuries and have had great success. Would second the HGH for sure, though, even just for the good sleep benefits to help your body out.

How much HGH would need to be run for injury/sleep benefits?

Even just 1 IU ED should, in theory, be enough for the sleep benefits (but mileage may vary). I personally found myself getting sleep benefits at this dose (using 98% purity, not pharma) and feel my muscles recovered from intense work outs quicker.

Usually around 4 IU is the recommended/average recovery dose for injuries I have seen practiced, however.

I can attest that this works incredibly well . I have had two surgeries for bowel obstructions in the last 4 years and both times I healed up incredibly fast .
So much so that my surgeon agreed to let me start training 3 weeks post op as opposed to their standard recommendation of 6-8 weeks.
The incisions from the surgeries healed much quicker than incisions I have had from other surgeries.
If I ever have any more surgeries or injuries (which I hope not) the TRT and low dose var protocol will always be my go to.

Don’t mean to high jack the thread but what dose BPC-157 are people using?

BPC depends on bodyweight. I usually do 200mcg. 2x a day works. Some people really go nuts with it. Say you have a super sore biceps. Inject both 2x a day and it adds up quick. That’s why guys usually stock up on this stuff. It not only heals injuries but helps sore muscles.

HGH definitely heals wounds faster and I imagine that also applies to injuries too.

I can’t believe no one has mentioned deca tho. I had pain in my shoulder nearly 24x7 from years of boxing. I quit training but the injury/pain still remained. I couldn’t even do upright rows unless it was really light. Then I did my first deca cycle and my shoulder got gradually better. I did all the shoulder exercises I never could do before. Came off the deca thinking the pain would return but it never did. It’s like it cured my shoulder permanently. Anecdotal for sure, but my two cents.
