Does anybody else have issues with low appetite? If so, any advice? (Can’t smoke weed lol).

I’ve been on a 16 week blast of Test E and Deca (first time used) and planned on going an extra 4.

The past month I’ve been having some major issues getting in enough calories each day.

My method in the past was legit meal prepping (went like 10 weeks of prepping 4 meals a day + a mass gainer shake that I made and other snacks throughout the day), and I was getting around 4,500-5,000cal/day.

Well, lately is has been a Chore for me to keep down or even look forward to any meals. I got bloods a couple weeks ago, and everything is looking good (liver enzymes, cholesterol, test, e2 all where it should be), so I’m thinking maybe I just burned myself out after 2.5 months of eating over double my maintenance.

I’ve noticed a stall in gains with the lack of appetite, so I’m thinking of pulling the plug on he last 4 weeks of this cycle, and going back to cruise dose.

Anybody have similar experiences with a sudden wall between you and your hunger?

If you want my opinion it’s a little pricey but mk677 will make you devour and entire kitchen don’t forget the gh affect that comes with or 250-500mcg ghrp 6 but mk is better

I find anything over 4K hard if I am making any effort to eat clean, and anything over 5k is a chore no matter what. You’ve got to treat it like training on a bad day when your feeling busted up, it becomes an unpleasant task that must be accomplished if you want to achieve your goals. I think you are doing the smart thing by dropping to a cruise it’s the right thing to do when you are too burned out to accomplish everything needed to make progress.

I have trouble not eating 7500 a day. Constant feeling of weakness and hypoglycemia when I;m not stuffing my face.

Usually the last couple weeks/month of my blast my appetite goes to shit. I just get tired of eating, I don’t even enjoy some of my favorite foods like pizza and ice cream. I usually just suck it up and end up blending most of my meals, making very calorie dense shakes. If you really just cant force feed yourself then try to eat around maintenance for the last 4 weeks, or like you said and probably the smarter move just drop down to a cruise

There are some peptides I’ve heard of and seen reviews that are suppose to boost appetite. GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 I think. Otherwise just eat through the pain lol. Stay up late or wake up in the night to have a snack if you have to. Make shakes. Anything to get in those calories.

Mk-677 is pretty great.

also, shakes with 2 cups milk, 1 cup oats, 4 tblsp peanut butter and a scoop of protein powder is like 1100 cals. liquid calories are also quicker to absorb in my experience so i’m hungry again sooner

+1 for shakes, add a banana too

I do 2 of these shakes a day that come out to about 1300 a serving. You are right about still maintaining an appetite.

Only thing that sucks is the gas. My god, I took a “opposite cheat day” where I was just gonna eat my normalish 3K in calories today as opposed to my usual 5K.

Right on guys!

Thank you all for the input…shakes have been my lifeline lately (easier for me to down a 1,500cal Shake twice a day, and eat a couple thousands calories, than to eat it all)

Appreciate the help!

I constantly struggle with this, my favorite fix is weed…but I’ve had good experiences with GHRP2 but only used it for around 1.5wks before I had top hop off cycle bc my body is autistic and hates tren.

You could try:
GHRP2, MK677, Megestrol Acetate, and some natural supplements as well. The liquid calorie recommendations are great too.

Hell yeah man, I appreciate your input.

I have been doing the liquid calorie thing since creating this thread… also drinking one or two (half gallons) of fairlife chocolate milk, every day.

I’m hoping when the sun comes back out (the Midwest has been gloomy as fuck for weeks now), it’ll change things too. The gloom makes it hard to do anything but watch tv (the gym being my well lit oasis lol)
