Started hgh at 1 iu for 3 weeks then ramped it up to 2 well about three weeks into that my hands and even forearms started getting numb with terrible pain the very first time I ran hgh I started right at 4iu like an idiot and the numbness and pain was even worse I guess my question is should I keep going with it or should I take this as a sign that maybe it’s just not for me numbness is 90% at night upon waking or in the middle of the night

This happened to me too. I dealt with insane numbness and tingling for the first 2 months. After that, it subsided, and now I’m running 10iu a day with zero side effects.

One thing that really helped for me was doing multiple doses, with the latest being around 5pm.

So you are saying I should stick it out and it will possibly subside ? Should I continue to up my dose or keep it at 2 longer

Why does it cause numbness?
Water retention that compresses the nerve in your wrist. Aka carpel tunnel

It will for sure subside, but it will take some time. I recommend staying at 2 until the sides go away. Then you can increase it by 1iu every couple weeks until you achieve your intended dosage. Also, if you’re running it IM, try sub q; some guys find that lessens sides.

R-ALA and natural dietetics also help for some, but I didn’t notice a difference.

Last but not least, make sure you’re drinking plenty of water and reduce your sodium intake. The numbness is due to water retention that’s compressing the nerve.
