What's up guys? I just realized I never introduced myself.Its only been almost 5yrs
I just believe in not rushing anything and ease my way into a forum But aaaaannnyhow here it is!! Hopefully I'll be able to stick around awhile this time.Ive been around gyms and gear almost 40yr.Ive was doing this stuff when alot of you weren't even born yet. My first gym was part owned me Lee Haney when he was training for his 1st Mr.O. That will give you an idea of what all I've saw in my life.
