Placed an order on 12/16. I still have not received my order, it’s been 22 days and it has not been delivered.

I’ve been asked to reach out to my local usps to start an investigation but still no results. Shortly after making a post on biopharmas thread about my experience and the lack of care he quickly edited in his post to cover his ass that the only reshipping they do is for 1/2 the original order. This was not an error on my part of my shipping information, that is all correct. No empathy and terrible customer satisfaction.

Had I known about his reshipping policy before placing my order I would have passed and paid a premium with another source. I’ve placed many orders on this board and have never had an issue with a missing pack. The one time I had missing items in an order they reshipped it without any 2nd thought.

Price of goods - 5/5
Customer satisfaction -0/5

Instead of bringing repeat customers he’d rather cover his own ass for a quick buck and leave his customer out to dry

I actually saw his post which Said 50% on a reship, even if not the buyers fault. Piss on that, I'd never use a source with that type of service. What a joke.
