My BP was consistently 160/60 for my 4 month blast(high test only), i transitioned to 200mg cruise 1 month ago and i still have the 160/60 blood pressure.

My natty estro was 26, my estro mid blast was 59(took 12.5 mg asin x2 a week), and i havent got my cruise bloods yet. my diet and cardio are sorta in check, should i pop 12.5mg asin tonight and see if that fixes it?

What was your blood pressure before blast? I don’t know if I would pop asin without knowing if e2 was elevated, maybe get bloodwork and go from there.

Really if you need AI on cruise you should be dropping you dosage anyways so it might be a better idea to start there.

If you’re getting bloods do NOT take a random asin dose. You want two weeks of consistent AI protocol in place for blood draw to make sure you’re getting accurate data to draw conclusions from. Just the same as if you’re on 50mg EoD of Test Prop you don’t want to inject 100mg the day before your blood test - you skew the results.

I never had BP problems before in my life. Was always 120’s/70’s. My first time using gear, 2 years ago I did a cycle of 500mg Test E for about 16 weeks. Bloods came back in range but I wasn’t monitoring BP during because I didn’t have any issues prior so figured it would be okay. Well after that cycle I have had high BP ever since. I’ve been on a 6 month cruise @ 100mg Test E per week and my BP is still 150/70 with no meds. I’ve since been to the doc for it and he prescribed me lisinopril 10mg daily and that did absolutely nothing for me. If anything it raised it… so weird. I am 33 now so maybe im just naturally predisposed to high BP as I get older and its just coincidence that it happened after/during my first test cycle. The only thing I have found that lowers it to 130/70 or so is taking 25mg Atenolol daily. Thats what im self medicating with until i go see my doc again to try and figure something else out.

I just wanted to mention that beet root powder works amazing and quickly for blood pressure problems. Available on Amazon or Walmart.
