Bottle top dispenser

First time using a bottle top dispenser. First of all I tried a couple pumps and it put a bunch of bubbles/water into the vial and didnt look right? Maybe it wasn’t dry enough somehow?

Second question is how do you sterilize this? It seems hard to keep the tubes on the bottom sterile since its exposed to the air so much. Thanks.

Ideally use an autoclave with a dry cycle, though I bet you could probably sterilize it with 70% Isopropyl Alcohol and rinse with distilled water.
