This blood work proves my point that you can indeed run low/moderate doses of test and get some huge benefits in the gym… If I had a dollar for everytime a bunch of guys said there is no reason to do test unless you go 400-500 a week… jesus. 1600 is still above most guys in their 20’s according to research data of average males.
The only benefit I see in higher dosages is simply muscle wasting and if you are eating enough calories it shouldn’t be an issue. Does higher test simply grow muscles?
I’ve been at different dosages before and honestly I can’t say I felt much different. After adding up my last few weeks I may have even hit 500+ but it really doesn’t count because test prop is out of your system even before 24 hours is up especially at low doses. It does appear to keep your levels VERY solid though which is what you really want. Even lower dosing of Test E ED is better than 1 huge shot a week. The only downside is being a human pin cushion.
