Pin EOD so .55 ml (137.5 mg) Test E and 1 ml (100 mg) NPP each injection. Taking 12.5 Aromasin ED, 500 mg Tudca (will be upping since liver values), livercare, NAC, Taurine, B complex, multi, fish oil, digestive enzymes 5'8", 200 lbs, and 17.5% BF according to one of those inaccurate hand held devices.

Hmm never heard of Tudca actually elevating liver enzymes. No orals before cycle, but my alkaline phosphatase was slightly elevated in pre cycle bloodwork (and usually is in all my bloodwork) along with AST. I added in Tudca, NAC, LiverCare just to be safe. Also had Var so wanted to be prepared if I added it in. Alkaline phosphatase now in range but AST, ALT now elevated. I’ll stay away from Var for now. Thanks for the feedback.

TUDCA can affect liver values; but I have heard this only occurs if you take TUDCA and then take an oral or drink alcohol afterwards. Were you doing either of these things?

I cut back on the drinking significantly, but have a few a week. Leading up to the blood work i didn’t drink for about 10 days. I know Tudca can be harmful with drinking so maybe not the wisest decision on my part. I figured 1 or 2 days of drinking with 5 sober days with tudca is better than 1 or 2 days drinking and no tudca? lol alcoholics logic right there. So, I either should stop the tudca or completely give up drinking? Anyone need a couple bottles of Tudca?

Lol, no your logic is fine. But you don’t want to drink and take TUDCA together. So if you are drinking one day, I would skip that day’s TUDCA dose, or take it 12+ hours before you start drinking, and then don’t take your next dose until 12+ hours after stopping drinking.

But I will take that TUDCA off your hands lol.

Lol, no your logic is fine. But you don’t want to drink and take TUDCA together. So if you are drinking one day, I would skip that day’s TUDCA dose, or take it 12+ hours before you start drinking, and then don’t take your next dose until 12+ hours after stopping drinking.

But I will take that TUDCA off your hands lol.

If your liver is already healthy then tudca will raise enzymes. Taking tudca in absence of other hepatoxic things doesn’t really do anything for you.
