CML - T/A & Response Time

I always respect everyone’s time. I understand business can be really busy, personal life can be really busy, etc… so I would never flip chit if a source took more than 24 hours to respond. Life happens.

With that said CML as usual has an amazing response time.

Not only response time, ladies and gents, the guy goes out of his way to notify his customers that his stock is up and running. Can you fucking believe that? That’s some Amazon quality shit, getting notified when a product is available?

CML sends me an email at 3:50AM, Sunday morning (I’m dead asleep at this time) letting me know his stock is hot and ready.

I respond back acknowledging his message, letting him know I will place my order as soon as I get home from running a day’s errand.

Sunday, the same day (07/08/18), I place my order and have him confirm that the amount I’m about to send is accurate (good ol’ crypto fluctuations).

Between placing my order, sending funds, and him accepting said funds, the process was less than 30 minutes.

Pack arrived yesterday.

Man, not even 50% of the Amazon stores (3rd party sellers) have this kind of quality customer service and speedy processing/delivering.

Not that it should ever happen, but I know if I’m some how in a bind (low on test for example), I can rely on CML. Luckily my rule of thumb is, once I’m down to 2-3 vials (about 10-15 weeks worth) I place another order to restock.

Thanks again CML for your time, services, and the products you supply us!

What a nice review. I really appreciate it.

One thing I would like to touch on, is that you were on the list of people who I told would ‘archive’ their email and keep abreast my inventory status. I didn’t just spam you or anything. I think thats important for peeps to know.
