I’m sure I will get bashed and told to read Underground and research more for this question. Maybe I don’t how to research shit but I can not find a solid answer.

When taking Dianabol I’ve read that you want to split your dosage evenly through the day. I’ve also read that some people take their whole dose before workout.

Let’s say your taking 50mg ED. How would you split up 25mg capsules through the day? Or would you are the whole 50mg before workout?

I guess I don’t understand the benefit of taking it all at once, I’d think a steady dose to keep your levels even would be more beneficial and less harsh on your liver. But I guess your hacking your liver up anyhow. I’m a newbie

It’s got. Short half life but regardless it’ll work. I take in am and one pre workout. Worked good for me.

Inject it once a day, that is my preference for all orals now.

Otherwise just smoke it preworkout.

I have always been an advocate of keeping blood levels as stable as possible, especially with drugs that cause significant fluctuations in estrogen/prolactin or are notorious for bringing side effects related to hormone stability/elevation (acne, gyno, mood swings). Further, you grow outside of the gym, so in my eyes it would make far more sense for you to have as much active hormone in your body as possible while sleeping/recovering rather than right before you work out. You’re not building more muscle because you had a ‘wicked pump’ during X or Y workout. I’d think having more steroids flowing through your blood while you’re recovering could only aid in recovering faster/growing more. I know a lot of people do the whole entire dose pre-workout thing, but I just don’t understand the benefit unless you are using like cheque drops before a meet.

I agree with what you say, but how would you dose 25mg capsules to keep a steady stable blood level? Open the capsule and take half every 4 hours!!?

Unfortunately with larger dosed caps the only realistic route is to dose it twice per day, but ideally you’d just buy lower dose tabs/caps to allow for easy spacing in the future. Opening the caps is an option, but for most it would be considered impractical and your dosing would definitely vary unless you were weighing the powder each time which is time consuming and tedious.

And unpractical, i guess 2x a day ( 1 -25mg at mid morning and 1 -25mg a hour before workout). You would think the sources here would make 10mg tabs/caps instead of the 25mg. Thanks for the input , like I said I’m a newbie and learning. Thanks

Take 25mg with 250mg of Tudca about 8 hours before you lift (AM) and 25mg with 250mg of Tudca an hour before you lift.
