Dialing in Adex dose, low estro but gyno sides?

Currently on 350 tren, 200 test a week, 25mg MK-677 ED. Normally take 12.5mg Asin ED to keep estro in check on that dose of test. Switched to 1mg Adex MWF. And I’m getting low estrogen sides but nipples are puffy as hell and I can feel some sore lumps. Also on 1mg prami ED, but I started that a little late. I don’t want to get a blood test just yet until I start to stabilize my estrogen levels, but I’m wondering if puffy nipples are a side effect of adex in some people, or a possible side effect of low estro. My joints are stiff just typing this, libido is still good, and I’m very dry.

Based on all that I’m thinking about losing adex to .5mg MWF and re evaluating in a week or two. Any thoughts or recommendations? I know when I get bloods I’ll have to get E2 sensitive version.

Oh for sure. I can feel it in my bones. I’m wondering though why my nipples are still swollen, and what dose of Adex I should shoot for. From reading online I was thinking I’d need about 3mg a week based on how much asin I needed. Does .5mg MWF sound like a good place to re-evaluate based on how much I apparently aromatize? I want to have a couple weeks consistent dosage before getting bloods.

So doing some research, I think I found the source of my problem even with prolactin and estrogen in check. It appears that Adex can cause breast swelling and tenderness in some individuals. Kinda sucks considering I just ordered a bunch of Adex. This also has happened before when I was on ralox. It made it unbearable to take even off cycle.

Has anyone else had this problem with Adex? I’m guessing my only choice is Asin for a sarm. Unless this pain and tenderness/swelling is just that and does not equal growth, then I can live with it. Any tips/advice or info?

How do you know your prolactin and estrogen are good without bloods? Without any caber at that dose of tren it could definitely be the culprit. You don’t get high e2/prolactin symptoms without having one of them being high. Go get bloods done. That’s the only way to tell.

You’re right that I don’t know for sure, but I’m taking 1mg of prami ED from Sasquatch. Not only did this keep my prolactin under control on a much higher tren dose last year, but I’m also getting all the Prami side effects. If I get bloods now I know my estro will be low, I can feel that it’s crashed. I could just get prolactin but it’s makes sense to get it all. I’m going to keep .5mg EOD Adex for the next week or so, along with the prami dose, then get bloods. If it gets worse I may get bloods earlier. But I’m willing to bet it’s the adex considering it’s a rare side effect, but I had the same problem with Ralox off cycle. I’m guessing I’m more sensitive to estrogen manipulation at that receptor cite. I get what you’re saying about getting bloods, but what happens when I’m feeling low estrogen sides, all the classic prami sides, and it comes back as expected? Drop Adex for Asin since I didn’t have this problem with suicidal AIs? I’m trying to mitigate or figure this out sooner than the turn around it takes for bloods to get done and come back.

I totally get what you’re saying though with bloods being the only way to know for sure; it’s just after a certain point you know when you’re estro is crashed and when drugs that worked before with bloods are giving you the same side effects.

Was just looking at privatemdlabs, and sensitive estrogen takes 10-14 days to get results. Since I’m on tren id have to get sensitive, so the tren doesn’t skew the results. Looks like I should get it now anyways. I just got bloods done 6 weeks ago since I cruise, any reason to get more than just prolactin and estrogen sensitive or should I be good with those two?

Hey thanks for convincing me to get bloods. My estrogen was low but in range, but my prolactin was high at 22ng/ml even on 1mg of prami ED, with the last dose taken less than 12hrs before bloods. I’m gonna up my prami dose and then switch to caber once it arrives.

Good to hear my man!! I really prefer caber. It works way better for me and prami gives me horrible sides.
