Dirty bulking with first cycle.

Hello everyone.

Ive been trying to get back into working out and want to do my first cycle. As a beginner I was recommended doing a Test cycle first and I already take 200 mg weekly for TRT.

Along with a blast of test, I was also recommended adding on Anadrol to the stack as well and would like to inquire on the efficiency of adding MK-677 as well for growth and appetite enhancement.

Additionally, Ive been looking to dirty bulking for a possible diet to follow while following this protocol in order to gather mass quickly. This would involve possible GOMAD and weight gainer shakes as well.

I would like some help in determining if this is the right thing to do going back into trying to put on mass and strength with these compounds. What are your thoughts on dirty bulking with this stack? Would I be wasting it?

Bro no one is going to be able to tell you if your specific cycle/nutrition/training is going to be ‘worth it’, you have to weigh what you’re putting in against the risks and rewards. If you run test/adrol and eat sufficiently you’re going to grow, full stop. If you decide to pound everything in sight, you’ll pack on weight even more but it sure as shit isn’t going to be lean weight. If your only goal is to just throw on as much as possible then fuck yeah I’d add the mk677 in too because that shit makes me absolutely ravenous, like 8k+ ravenous. I personally don’t agree with junk weight, and would rather maintain fairly linear progress in my training and look lean year round while gaining slowly throughout the year. I’ve put on 40 lbs since starting TRT and I just a few weeks ago started my first blast, so personally am in no rush to get anywhere specific and nutritional extremes don’t really create sustainability imo.

If you want to be smarter, I wouldn’t run three different compounds at once their first go around just because you’re not going to be able to accurately tell what did what, and to me that’s just ineffective because you may spend more time down the road dicking with gear that isn’t really optimal for your goals or you might spend more time fine tuning your cycles when you could be spending more time sleeping and eating and enjoying life. I think only way you can ruin a cycle is by not eating enough, so as long as you don’t give a shit to stay lean then it’s imo absolutely not wasting it. You’ll grow for sure, no doubt about that.

You can put on mass pretty fast with just Dbol and Test alone. I’m not sure what type of metabolism you have but once you up your test to probably 350 or more and throw in 25mg of dbol a day you’ll put on a good 12-15 pounds in a month or two. Keep that cardio up though that’s the first to go when you put on muscle so quickly. I’ve never done Anadrol but I tried Dbol, Anavar and Tbol. I felt better on dbol combined with tbol vs just Anavar. I think most guys love Anavar though but it cramped me up for some reason.

I love to dirty bulk. In fact I don’t even call it dirty bulking I just call it bulking. I’m not trying to step on stage I just want to pick up heavy stuff and then pick up heavier stuff then eventually be a guy who picked up a small SUV off of someone.

How helpful has that been so far? What are your stats/do you have pics and what stack you use? What do you typically eat?

I just heard dbol is an acquired taste and not beginner cycle friendly. Anavar was recommended as the safest/tamest thing if one absolutely has to add something more than just 300+ mg of test as a very first cycle.

My opinion is you should focus on getting back to the gym and getting your diet right first, then you could consider a blast.

That said, a bulk is a bulk so if you eat a lot of junk you will get some worse sides. Mainly acne, bloat, heartburn. Try to do it mostly clean foods. You also don’t want to gain an insane amount of weight because all the extra fat you gain you’ll have to cut off eventually.

Test only is my favorite combo so my biased choice is just up the test dose for 12-16 weeks

I currently dont use a AI but i was prescribed both adex and nolvadex to use. Would those be necessary on a blast and which would be better?

I take 20mg nolva ed on blasts because I like to run estro higher and don’t want to risk gyno. Nolva just doesn’t allow estrogen to attach to breast tissue. And AI (adex) will get rid of some estrogen. I don’t dose ai unless I see high e2 symptoms.

Drugs are after you’ve dialed in training and diet. Dirty bulking is the opposite of a controlled diet. Bulk as you normally would +~500. Believe me, cutting the extra pounds of fat off is not worth the .5 extra pound of muscle you MIGHT gain. ALso you will feel disgusting the whole time.

I agree with the other guys. I’ve tried both approaches. Normal/clean bulking where you eat decent food most of the time will get you feeling best and avoid too much bloat and fat gain. When I tried dirty bulking on gear, I got so bloated and felt like absolute shit 24/7, could barely sleep I felt like my body was constantly under stress, always overheating/sweating, out of breath, etc. This did not happen when dirty bulking natty. You get a little bloat sure, but, on gear? You’ll fucking hold so much water, you’re gonna feel bloated and bogged down.

You need to have a decent diet bulking on gear to minimize sides. You’ll make better gains following a diet that will keep you feeling great, instead of bloated/sluggish.
