ExpressPCT order MIA (RESOLVED)

I hate coming on here with a source complaint, especially about one who has been around and provided such high quality products for the community for so long…

However, I placed an order with express back on February 27th. After 10 days I looked at the USPS tracking and saw the pack was at my local PO. Later that day I checked tracking again after I got home and had not received anything.

Suddenly the pack was out of town, and on it’s way to Chicago (5 states away) where it has been sitting ever since. I called USPS, was put on hold for over an hour only to be told that the pack was re-routed with an address change, something that they said could only be done my myself or the sender.

I contacted express customer support immediately letting them know the situation and was told this is a common issue (not sure how?) and that it would be re-routed back to me.

several days later the pack has not moved, and I seem to be out of my money on this one.

Put in Usps for a missing pack. ExpressPCT is correct that this has nothing to do with the source. I’ve personally experienced the same.

Hi,

Sorry to hear you aren’t satisfied but sadly that issue is out of our control! We do not redirect packages.

This does happen sometimes and it is just merely luck, USPS are not always the most reliable. Eventually the packages turn around and usually arrive once USPS realize the problem. When you contact USPS they will only tell you what is on the tracking, in this case your tracking showed it was rerouted in which they informed you only we could do that but there could also be an error in USPS’s system, USPS can do many false positive scanning. I am sure you are aware but we do not benefit from rerouting your package!

We do have a policy for this and it is listed on our thread here on SST and also on our website, we reship the package if it fails to update for 30 days. We must always follow the policy as it keeps it fair for all customers and ourselves!

Once our policy is satisfied just leave us an email and we will get right on reshipping for you!

Thread marked as resolved as complaint is with courier, not source, and reship policy is being implemented per Source’s post.
