Hey all, I’m 3 weeks since my last Test E injection and 7 days since starting Nolvadex 20mg daily.

For the past two days I’ve been suffering from EXTREME lethargy and periodic hot flashes around 11am-2pm. Caffiene and sugar are the only fixes. (I’m on KETO so sugar is a delicacy and a snickers pepped me right up)

I wake up at 4:30 every day and sleep arond 10:30 to 11 every night. I’ve always been able to function off 5 hours of sleep, my question is, is the Nolva causing this? Or is someone more susceptible to sleep depravity with low T levels post cycle?

This is normal, you will feel like shit during pct for awhile, you have the test levels of a female. The hot flashes are because of your hormonal fluctuations, also nolva can have some weird sides. You won’t start getting your natural test production going for another few weeks. I’m in the same boat right now after 4+ years of b&c. Pct just sucks, if you are planning on cycling again I recommend b&c if not stick to your guns stay off and hope your hpta makes a full recovery.

I’ll get back on b&c as soon as my girl is pregnant. May take an extended cruise for health purposes.

No point to PCT if you want to make serious “Steroid-level” gains with this lifestyle. Any huge or strong motherfucker who claims to PCT is just telling you this because they think they’re supposed to advise you to do things the ‘healthy’ way due to moral obligations or some bullshit. I don’t care who tells you PCT will work; Palumbo, Piana, the Enhanced Athlete guys, Bostin Loyd, whoever else you might go to online for gear knowledge is going to bullshit you on the PCT thing 100%.

Let me put it to you this way: EVERY MALE ON THE PLANET is better off starting prescribed TRT when they hit 40-45 years old and staying on it until death. There is just simply no downsides to being at prime levels for your whole life. Why would anyone NOT do it? Who would WANT TO watch their body, their energy, their sex drive, their mental/emotional health, all go to shit for the last 50-60 years of life? Considering this, it just makes no sense to not hop on TRT (prescribed or self-medicated) once you jump on gear.

I believe studies exist on hypogonadism in former gear users that you can look into the help verify this claim: Nobody who ever begins running gear will EVER be able to return to normal hormonal levels in their body once they stop. Doesn’t matter if you PCT hard and stay off for years; You will forever be less than you should’ve been had you not jumped into this lifestyle.

This being said, just do your body a massive favor and get on TRT. You can run 100mg Cyp every 3-5 days (Find which works best for you) and be far better off than ever touching PCT and it’s also extremely cheap. You can sit on two years worth of TRT dose Test for like… 100 bucks? 120 bucks? That’s doable even if you only worked part time, minimum wage for a week at a gas station bro.

It’s all up to you in the end but I seriously don’t advise PCT to anyone, ever, for any reason other than wanting to completely hop off this lifestyle and not inject ever again period which is pretty rare. I know the studies on Blast and Cruise lifestyle don’t necessarily exist but look into this more because you really are shooting yourself in the foot with PCT.

Do you have links to these studies? I’m very interested n this topic. For instance, how much is the decline? Will one cycle do it? Or multiple? I’ve read on forums of people blasting and cruising for years then coming off and being within s healthy range, but that doesn’t mean they are as high as they were before.

Agree with everything until you say people don’t go back to normal levels… they do. However I’m young and won’t be doing TRT early unless I need it

This study shows a full recovery after using steroids, then prolonged trt. I know n=1 but still. I think it’s more complicated than recovery/no recovery. As with all hormones it’s a very individualistic response.
