Frontloading test e make it kick in immediate?

I usually blast and cruise but for random circumstances had to come off test for a while. I want to get the nectar back in my system as fast as possible, so if I frontload a gram of test e does that mean I will feel the effects of 500mg of test per week immediately? Or does it still take some time for the body to start utilizing the hormone to make changes in the body and brain?
