haven’t posted here much, used to use the r/ before it went away but was never active for privacy reasons.

I’ve been reading about hgh and I’m very curious, but price is a big factor, which leads me to the alternatives.

I was wondering if there’s some kind of synergistic effect of running some growth hormone releasing peptides with a cycle of test, or should they be done pct/between cycles, or are they not even worth it at all compared to hgh.

I’m looking to run 4-500 test mg/wk for 12 weeks for the summer, and wanting to spice it up a bit. I loved tren, but I need to keep cardio and endurance up, so I’m weighing my other options.

Personally I do not have much experience with GH stimulating peptides. I do know that you have a few various choices.

-9-10g of L-Arginine does have somewhat of a GH stimulating affect.
-GHRP is probably your best best in this scenario. I used it a few times for appetite stimulation and I enjoyed it for that. But I only took it a few times per week. If you did this a few times per day it would be effective in this regard for HGH. I used GHRP-6, in conjuction with some thing called like CJC… there are various types that you can use to get the same benefit. You will probably want 0.3 mg at least multiple times per day of GHRP-6.
-I do believe Melatonin & GABA will increase GH production at night time as well, if taken before bed. I have taken GABA before and it makes me feel like someone is going to murder my family while I am forced to watch.
-Beta Alanine at high doses 5+ grams can help HGH secretion during intense exercise.
-Creatine at high doses 20+ grams per day (I also think creatine should be dosed at this all year for muscle building purposes).

Anyways. Here is just some ideas. Sleep is going to be a huge factor. Obviously having these things in here would eb a cheaper alternative than to take straight GH. Check places like Nutrivtiashop and BulkSupplements and you’ll find you can get great deals on this.

Increase your test throughout your cycle some too. Test up-regulates so increasing the dose once that initial dose has become inert will have a positive affect. Make sure to keep watch on estrogen with this too. Start with 500 like you said, and maybe increase 150-200 each month. Train hard and eat big and you will be good to go. But yes overall it would help.

100mcg Ipamorelin + 100mcg Mod GRF 1-29 dosed 2+ times a day is a good start, replacing Ipamorelin with 100mcg Hexarelin 30 minutes pre-workout is also great.

Why did they have to use porcupines? Why did they have to lock them in a cell? why are they in satellites? Are they like orbiting the Earth and shit? Is this like a alien satellite drome porcupine? I don’t get it.

Hexarelin is pretty powerful and doesn’t affect appetite. Your body adapts to it though so it’s not a long term option but you can use it PWO or right at bedtime.

Yeah that’s gunna be a no from me dog. Weve been putting test in humans long enough that there should be studies showing the same thing in humans, not rats and porcupines.

that may be the melatonin. I’ve had similar effects from taking that when I needed to force some sleep. Super realistic nightmare type stuff.

Thanks for the input on everything else. It’s been a few years since I’ve ran anything, never went past 500 with test. I was thinking about starting with 400 for weeks 1-4 until everything really kicks in and I start “feeling it” and then bumping to 500 for 5-8, then maybe push to 600 for 9-12. If I’m feeling like 400 is enough, I’ll just ride it out for a few weeks longer while giving extra attention to the growth hormone benefits.
